How to improve the gut health naturally? 100% Natural!

Did you know that with a well-functioning bowel, your health can rise and fall?

The control center in our stomach affects your entire organism and your immune system.
Your intestinal health depends in particular on the intestinal flora and its millions of valuable bacteria. I’ll show you what you need intestinal bacteria for and how you can make them happy with your diet. Finally, you can find out how to improve gut health naturally.

Gut Bacteria

HOW TO MAKE YOUR INTESTINAL BACTERIA HAPPY!

The intestine not only fascinates with its phenomenal length (approx. Eight meters in an adult) but also with an astronomical number of bacteria that colonize the intestinal walls: up to 1,000 types of bacteria that form a total of 100 billion ecosystems. That not only sounds impressive, the small miracle bacteria also do an impressive job: They help with digestion, protect the intestine from intruders and deliver the right antibodies at the slightest alarm signal.

You see how important it is to have lots of happy gut bacteria. Make them happy and rely on FOREVER ACTIVE PRO-B ™! This provides you with six synergetic strains of bacteria (8 billion CFU) every day. This particular strain is enteric-coated and you benefit from its combination with a special fiber.

Modern diets let your intestinal bacteria “starve”

Not every diet is good for your gut.
Mono-diets in particular are the killer of every intestinal flora. This is because your different types of bacteria also prefer different nutrients. However, if you eat very one-sidedly, there is a high risk that the intestinal population will also shrink accordingly.

By the way: too few “carbs” are not exactly the right trend for a healthy intestine. Most of the intestinal bacteria love the carbohydrate-containing fibers and therefore need potatoes, cereals, and rice every now and then. What fits into the framework of any diet, however, is the switch away from industrial sugar to natural sweeteners such as agave syrup or honey.

Particularly good: honey has a prebiotic effect and promotes the growth of good intestinal bacteria. Sweeten your day with FOREVER BEE HONEY, our best honey from the pristine plateaus of Spain – simply delicious and so healthy!

Avoid Stress to keep your gut healthy

Avoid unnecessary stress!

Stress and tension in life also lead to pinched intestinal bacteria. Therefore, in the difficult phases of life, it is important to take good care of your intestinal flora so that your immune system remains stable.

Because a large part of the defense cells for your immune system is formed in the intestine. If you get your biological clock out of sync, you are also more susceptible to bacteria and germs. Regular sleep and wake phases are therefore essential for a good intestinal flora.

What sounds so difficult is easier than you think:
Eat light, low-fat, but rich in vital substances in the evening this way your intestinal bacteria can get a good cushion for the night. The fiber in particular, which has a direct impact on the intestines, can therefore be consumed in the evening. These include oatmeal, green tea, legumes, and leek vegetables.

My tip for you:
Enjoy a glass of FOREVER ALOE VERA GEL ™ every day. That’s 99.7 percent pure aloe vera gel for you and a high vitamin C content!
The valuable vital substances and nutrients help maintain a normal immune system.

This is how you pamper yourself!
