How is a green smoothie prepared?

    I totally agree with you on your thoughts when reading your article. My question is as follows: Do you have to make the smoothie everyday or for few days every week? – Don’t you think that 40% of fruits is a bit too much considering the fact fruits have fructose?

      It completely depends on the body’s condition. Some of the people like and do on daily basis, cause they are used to it and got magnificent results. But from the beginning, the taste of herbs can make the person uncomfortable and they gonna quite easily after a couple of days!

      So the Idea about adding fruits besides to have benefits is for changing the taste too.
